Thanks to its integrated generic high-voltage source, insulation diagnostics can be performed with minimal cabling and in record time. The HVX10 employs an optimized test procedure that combines both voltage and frequency sweeps, enabling a thorough assessment of insulation quality across a wide frequency range — from 1 Hz to 600 Hz. This allows for evaluation not only at mains frequency but also under varying conditions, helping to detect issues such as moisture ingress, premature aging, and voltage-dependent insulation behavior.
