These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Nusa Stores website, located at https://www.nusastores.com.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  1. Restocking/Conditioning Fee: All returned merchandise will incur a 10% restocking/conditioning fee if the packaging (box/crate/container) has been opened.

  2. Return Policy: Products must be returned in their original box with original packaging materials. The items should be packed securely to avoid any damage during return transit. Any damage to goods during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and any injury claims are to be addressed between the customer and the shipping carrier.

  3. Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

  4. Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  5. Return Authorization: All returns must be approved by www.nusastores.com before being sent back. A valid ERP number must accompany the return.

  6. Financed Orders: No cash refunds will be issued for financed orders. Only store credit will be issued for such orders.

  7. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Methods Accepted

  1. Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer: Please make payments to our bank account via your nearest bank or internet banking. Provide the system-generated bank details to complete the transfer.

  2. PayPal: PayPal payments incur a 5% handling fee, which is not ideal for both parties. We recommend using bank transfer for payment.

  3. Credit Card: You may also use your credit card online via TransferWise.com.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Limitations:

Your purchase is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Some items may come with a lifetime warranty, applicable as long as the device is operational, though other warranty limitations, such as improper use, natural damage, water damage, etc., still apply.

www.nusastores.com will not be liable for damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper care, unauthorized repair, design defects, chipping, peeling, fading of laminate, or any acts of nature (fire, water damage, freeze, etc.).

Warranty on Equipment:
A 2-year guarantee is provided from the date of the invoice.

Return & Refund Requirements:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • If the item was damaged during shipping, you must contact www.nusastores.com within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim with the carrier.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging. Please retain the original packaging after opening.
